Mr. Rivera is a partner in Terrile, Cannatti & Chambers, LLP, with over 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property, with a focus in Patent Law. He also has over a dozen years working as a design and test engineer in private industry, leading various scientific and business teams. Mr. Rivera opened the Austin office of Lee & Hayes, and managed and supervised several attorneys. In addition to Lee & Hayes, Emmanuel was with Holland & Knight, and Skjerven, Morrill, MacPherson. He works with clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations, and his focus is in electronics/electrical devices, computer systems, software, wireless technology, artificial intelligence, bio-chemical, and mechanical devices.
